Welcome to Alexandra Mae Photography, LLC (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, booking our photography services, or purchasing digital/physical prints, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of our website or services constitutes your formal acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of this website immediately.

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All images, text, designs, graphics, and content displayed on this website are the exclusive property of Alexandra Mae Photography, LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright laws. Downloading, copying, screenshotting, or distributing any images or content without an explicit commercial license or written contract is strictly prohibited.

3. Service Bookings & Contracts

All portrait sessions, event photography, or commercial shoots require a separate, signed written contract and a non-refundable retainer fee to secure a booking date on our calendar. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Service and your specific signed service contract, the terms of the signed service contract shall prevail.

4. Payment & Sales Tax Terms

All fees must be paid in U.S. Dollars according to the schedule outlined in your specific service contract. Retainers are strictly non-refundable as they secure your exclusive calendar date. Final balances must be paid in full prior to the session date or delivery of the final digital gallery, as specified in your contract.

Sales Tax Notice: In accordance with Wisconsin Department of Revenue regulations, sales tax is applicable to both physical products and electronic/digital deliverables (including online galleries and digital download links). Applicable Wisconsin state and local county sales taxes will be calculated and added to all invoices and digital orders.

5. Payment Processing

We use secure, third-party payment processors to handle credit card transactions. We do not store your full financial or credit card details on our servers. You agree to provide valid billing information and authorize us to charge all due fees to your chosen payment method.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the website, including, without limitation, attempting to probe or test system vulnerabilities, introducing malicious code, or scraping image data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alexandra Mae Photography, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website, digital downloads, or physical products.

Cap on Liability: In the event of equipment malfunction, data corruption, or unforeseen circumstances resulting in the loss or non-delivery of images, the Company’s total liability is strictly limited to a refund of monies paid for the affected session or event. The Company shall not be liable for consequential, emotional, or indirect damages stemming from lost photographic data.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising out of these terms or your use of our services shall be handled exclusively within the appropriate state or federal court system located in Wisconsin.
